Return minimum values from columns across multiple worksheets

I have a large workbook in which each sheet contains data on securities held by a different investor; one column holds data on the discount to par at which this security is trading. I'd like to create a cover sheet which shows the fifty securities trading at the largest discounts to par across all of the investors, without needing to consolidate all of the securities into one sheet and sort. Ideas on how to do this? Thanks!
