Anyone recommend Excel Teaching Books or Guides

Can anyone recommend a good guide book / training / teaching book for excel. I am a fairly basic but comfortable user of Excel but want to expand my knowledge but also want to get something that my older kids and possibly the wife something so they can learn how to use it - rather than asking me

Can anyone recommend a good book/guide, preferably with examples and lessons in rather than "i am stuck on something" book?
