Need help with conditional formatting

Hi any help you could please give me would be greatly appreciated.

So I am trying to use conditional formatting to highlight an entire row if the text in two seperate columns are certain words.

What I've tried is Conditional Formatting>Use A formula to determine which cells to format
Then the formula I have tried (amongst others) is:
=4:4=IF(G4="Chain",AND,I4="YES")

To break it down I need the whole of row 4 to be highlighted only IF cell G4= Chain AND Cell I4= YES

This appears to do nothing even when the values in row 4 match up.

Please could someone advise me where I am going wrong?
