Help With inventory control in excel

Hello I was wondering if someone would be able to create a code for me. I run a small machine shop and we use a bunch of tools and drills. I have a list of maybe 200 items that we use and would like to setup a spreadsheet that changes the qty on hand field to change when the inventory is either added or subtracted. I saw some spreadsheets but they were not exactly laid out the way that I have mine laid out. Attached is a sample of how I would like it to be laid out. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Also I am not sure if it matters but I will be adding a conditional format to highlight the qty on hand in red if it falls to or below my min qty. Thank you. Book1.xlsx

you need not go for macro just use autofilter you can easyly track these things

if you want macro give more info about upc code if upc code is added then what about Description,Min, Qty on Hand
