need help with a excel checkbox and running cost

Hi

I have designed a excel spreadsheet that keeps track of my customers who pay monthly for our packages, it has the total package cost and the number of months the cost is split over and the monthly amount and the date of each payment and a checkbox so I know when is paid, is it possible that when the checkbox is clicked, it automatically reduces the total package cost so I know how much is left to pay
