Setting up pics within a cell, but not as a comment.

Hello all,
I am a novice excel user to the point that cut and paste are about as handy as I get. The problem that I need help with is being able to setup pics within the cell without setting up the pics in comments. I need the pics to be visible as day so when I save them in pdf form they can be seen by my clients without them having to click and go reference other files. Also if this is possible, is their a way I can load the pics using no more than 3 steps to get the sheet to start loading the pics, I am needing to minimize some steps just for saving time. I plan on using this setup for inspections and can't spend a lot of time changing the pic size and opening different files. Please all advice and tips are welcomed. Thank you.

If your pictures are different sizes or big to begin with you will have to resize them. Anyway...

Step 1: click on the Insert tab and select Picture.

Step 2: browse for your picture and click Insert.

Step 3: right-click the picture and select Size and Properties.

Step 4: adjust the picture size in Scale; make sure Lock Aspect Ratio is ticked, so the picture doesn't go out of shape.

All done!

Thank you bmouse, With this would I have to adjust each photo that I upload? If so I could not do this just for the fact i am trying to minimize my steps to just 3 to upload photos (12 standard). I will be uploading pics from my phone and have them setup in a file labeled by the veh. I will be inspecting. If anymore info will help you to help me better please let me know.

You have to adjust your pictures only if they do not meet your needs, otherwise feel free to skip step 3 and 4.
