How to split one column (Addresses, City, State, Zipcode, attn) into multiple column?

Hi,

I have couple thousand records with addresses, city, state, zipcode, and attention combine in one field. Anyone have any idea how to split these?

ex: 1234 street NW, Suite 130, City, State, 12345
1234 street NW, Suite 130 City State 12345-0000
1234 street NW, Suite 130 City State 12345-0000 attn: mgr
1234 street NW, Suite 130, P.O Box 123 City State 12345-0000 attn: mgr
1234 U.S highway City State 12345

All the fields are not consistent. Thank in advance for your help
