    compare two non-sequential cells for ODD value

    Hi,
    I'm looking for to compare two, non-sequential cells to determine if they are BOTH ODD numbers.

    Result would be "1" if Both ODD and "0" if Both NOT ODD.

    In example:

    C1 = 33 and C6 = 7; Result in formula cell would be "1".

    Thank you,

    Chubs
