Text from one cell split into multiple columns

Have a report that dumps all the information into a single cell but need to split this information into multiple columns. The data strings are different lengths so using a fixed column Text to Column does not work.

You don't actually state where the split should be, so I'll assume you mean you want each line of text in it's own column (i.e. the "carriage return").

Highlight column A, and chose Text to Columns from the Data section of the ribbon.
    Select Delimited and click Next.
Click in the "Other" box to select that and type 010 whilst holding the Alt key down.
Note you have to use the keypad part of the keyboard and not the numbers along the top.
Nothing will show in the box, but when you click Finish it will split the text into columns.

Is that any use to you?
