    Sales and PO Template Help

    I have these templates I have been working on. One is a sales template where I have all the selections a client can choose from. The other is a PO template that pulls data from the sales template and populates the PO template. I am trying to get it to where the PO template hides all the unused rows that are not populated. For example if a client does not want a cabinet selection instead of pulling nothing from the sales template I would like the PO template to just hide these selections.

    Can you upload a sample workbook so we can see what it is that you're looking for exactly? It sounds like you want the document to automatically hide a row...when printed? ...when being saved as a PDF?

    I have uploaded a very rough start but this is what I have. On the Appliance PO workbook. I am wanting all the items not selected to be hidden. I am going to have the PO template pull the selections from the sales template to generate the po's. I am wanting the po template to hide all the unused selections to make the po's more user friendly and much easier to read.

    Have you looked into developing a master sheet with all of your products and using a vlookup for each product that the customer wants to to purchase?

    All you would have to do is enter in an identifier that would immediately pull the information about that product number into the template. I will build a sample in the next few minutes.
