    Custom Format Code for Pivot Table - Excel 2010

    I am using the following custom format code for my pivot table:

    [=1]"Full";[=2]"Ltd";"None"

    I need to update it to this: [=1]"Full";[=2]"Ltd";[=3]"None";[=4]"NS"; "Closed"

    I keep getting an error message.

    Is there another way to do this outside using a custom format code, even though I think it’s the easiest. I am also open to using VB code.

    This is a copy of the spreadsheet I’m using so you may not see the code.

    thanks
