Conditional formatting with automatic deleting rules of chosen cells

Hi,

Is it possible to do some formula for color scale conditional formatting with exception? (or some another solution)
Untitled-1.jpg Well as you can see, I would like to leave conditional formatting for lines, where quantity is equal to 1. This is simple example. In reality, i would like to skiped some hard and painful work with doing exceptions manually in much more complicated data sets.

You need to post an accurate sample of your workbook:
To attach a Workbook
(please do not post pictures or links to worksheets)

• Click Advanced (next to quick post),
• Scroll down until you see "Manage Attachments",
• Click that then select "add files" (top right corner).
• Click "Select Files" find your file, click "open" click "upload"
• Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
• Click "Done" at bottom right to close the Attachment Manager.
• Click "Submit Reply"
