List Top Ten Items - Multiple Criteria Lookup With Multiple Results - Sorted Descending

I need a way to list the top 10 aged items in a table. However, this need to be conditional on selected criteria (e.g. Top ten aged items for Location X and Business Unit Y for the Dates A-B)

I do this currently using a Query to the table, using a statement, more or less, like this:

However, some users are getting errors when the above query tries to refresh (I think it is related to network mapping, but I am not sure. My users are scattered over the globe and who knows what environments they have). So, I am trying to accomplish the same using strictly formulas.

I can get the Ages in descending order using this array formula,

But I don't know how to get the corresponding row numbers for the ages. I want to be able to list out some other columns that correspond to the highest Aged items.

Please see the attached file for more detail on what I am trying to accomplish.

Re: List Top Ten Items - Multiple Criteria Lookup With Multiple Results - Sorted Descendin

I came up with an ugly solution, but I'd like some input from others, still.

I did a multi-criteria, multi-result lookup on the Aging list that was the result of the formula listed in my last post. This allowed me to list out each item that has that Aged number and also meets the same criteria. It's not as elegant as I want, but it does get the job done.

In B54 of the above workbook, I put this, and copied down:

I then used that CPARID to lookup the rest of the data.

See the attached workbook for the solution I found.
