Moving data found in multiple columns to the same column

Data is originally downloaded from an outside source into an Excel spreadsheet.

Columns A, B, and C are okay. However, for "OVR CHRG QTY" in Column E, it is sometimes residing in Column F. The same applies to "DEPT" in Columnn G. It is sometimes residing in Column H.

I would like to have "OVR CHARGE QTY" in Column D and "DEPT" in Column E.

    Thanks,

    Susan

    1. Select Column D till H.
    2. Click Home > Find & Select > Go To Special…, and a Go To Special dialog box will appear, then check Blanks option.
    3. Right click on the selection, choose delete
    4. Delete: Shift cells left.

    Hope it help
