Hi,
I would like to conditional format a cell based on time:
Ex. Shift starts at 08:30 AM, if person swipes in beyond that 08:30 AM that cell should get highlighted, other than 8.30 or below that time should be normal..
Please let me know how to do conditional formatting this in Excel 2010.

Try this then..
=and(C3>time(08,30,0),C3<>"")
as conditional formatting formula.. After selecting the time range... :D
