Average Calc that ignores low values

    Hi
I'm trying to calc average stocks both monthly and *** to date for a variety of departments
Stock build differently across departments so I need a calc that is flexible
Currently on enclosed the average stock calc used for YTD is distorted by the much lower numbers in previous minths
Is it possible to assign an average calc with a " threshold"

    thanks

Re: Average Calc that ignores low values

    Hi,

Assuming your threshold is 100, the following array should give you a result.

    =AVERAGE(IF(D4:D15>100,D4:D15,""))

confirmed with CTRL, SHIFT and ENTER.
    Rule 1: Never merge cells
    Rule 2: See rule 1
