I would like to forward a cashflow that I have developed for my business to a sports club to use. I have deleted all of my confidential information, left the formulas and adapted it for them and then saved it as a new file. My question is and it's me being cautious, can they receive this and see what I have deleted? Perhaps a stupid question but I would rather be safe than advertise our private data?

Once you delete the information and save it as a new file, they can't UNDO and make the information appear, again.

Open your new file, click on File, Info, Prepare for sharing, click on Inspect. You can then delete any personal information that may show up in the properties that you don't want anyone else to see.
As previously stated, you are safe if you deleted all the data just leaving the formulae intact.
