I'd imagine this is going to be a popular one, if not already. However, I do not even know the correct terminology to search for in terms of trying to find the answer to my question...
Ok, so here's the deal....
I recently started email campaigns, and I want a way to quickly remove specific emails from larger lists. I have 5500+ emails, from which I want to remove 700+ names. I'd imagine 'Remove Duplicates' would not work, as I don't just want the duplicate removed, I want the original removed, as well.
I messed around quickly by highlighting duplicates, and sorting by cell color.... However, it appears there are still some glitches (random non-highlighted cell amongst a column of highlights, also does not expand to other rows, etc) so I'd imagine there is a better way.
Also, I still have to go through and manually delete any addresses that were highlighted. Not a huge deal, but does get quite annoying with the sporadic misplaced cells....
What is the quickest way for me to take care of this?
Thanks for the help in advance!!!!
