Create a list based on value in other column

Hi All,

Please find attached sheet name List.

So what i am trying to achieve here is, I want a list of Companies defined in Column C based on the value Yes/No in Column D.

I know i can use Vlookup function for this but it gives me a gaps in that list where the value in Column D is No. which i don't want.

I hope i explained correctly what i want to achieve.

can anyone please help me with this?

I opened your file and I have no idea what you are trying to accomplish.

Vlookup from what TO what?

I think you left out some data.

Post a sample data set with SAMPLE data AND an example of what you want the solution to look like.
