Copying to and from sorted rows

    Hi all,

I'm working on compiling a worksheet with inputs from various people. The worksheet has a sort filter by name of those responsible for completing the rows. I'd like to be able to sort by a specific name and then paste their input into the merged document using the same sort constraints. I.e. sort by 'John', copy inputs, sort merged document by 'John', paste inputs. However, when I do this only the sequential rows fill correctly due to the hidden columns. Is there a way to paste in this situation without populating hidden rows or getting an error message?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Luke
