Create drop downs with multiple dependent cells

    Hello,
I tried creating multiple drop downs using a table as my data has spaces and control characters but seem unable to get it to work. I have attached some info on the lines of the data.
I need the drop downs in col PSA(F3) to match the info selected in col PA (E3) and in Col PSPSA(G3) based on selection in col PSA.
Thank you in advance for your help.
    Cheers

Re: Create drop downs with multiple dependent cells

    Thanks Ford
I'm trying to create drop-down lists in three columns based on the selection in the previous column. I have created three tables with data - the first column relates to the data that could be selected, the second table reflects the second set of drop downs that will be based on the first. I tried using the conventional 'named ranges' but that option did not work as my data has spaces, hyphens and slashes - hence the table alternative. I tried creating a Index/Match within the indirect function but I seem unable to get it to work. I'm trying this in Excel 2007.
    Cheers, US
