Question Multiple Excel Work Book Problem

Suppose i have 2 or more than 2 excel file interconnected in a single excel file. I connect them and get results as i want. Now problem is that " if any file deleted that result is converted to #N/A. I can use INSA ( or any other error function) , but

My question is HOW TO PREVENT This type of Error? Is there any alternative.

One alternative in my mind. Just copy data of other excel file to that excel where we want result.

    Any other alternatives.

An alternative to copying data is to
go to Data >> Edit Links >> Break Links (do this on the same sheet)

    OR
if the structure of the new link sheet is same then you can use change source from Data >> Edit Links.
