Check particular blank cells in a row based on input in D column

Thanks for viewing this post.

I have people inputting text in a particular cell and expect them to fill out all the cells that correspondingly highlight. However sometimes they do not put it in.

So I want a VBA script that will check for those cells and then continue the program. Here's what I have so far.

But this code only works for that particular row.

How do I make it so that it works for a row that has information on all cells in column D?
