Drop Down List Displayed To Non-Adjacent Cells

I have a shipper which we use to mail packages. I would like to automate the spreadsheet a bit to save lots of time throughout the week. The attached image shows the shipper with its relevant fields. I would like to build a worksheet with the data shown on a separate sheet. I would like to select the university and all the fields in the shipper would then auto populate. Can one of you sharp Excel guru's help me with my problem. Thanks.

    HI ajocius ,

Your attachment is not working , it would be helpful if you are uploading a sample workbook with out any confidential data , show before and after sheet for better & fast replies .

A simple one using data validation, auto resizing named ranges, and formulas.
Also noticed you have multiple accounts for a single university, so I added a new column, Key, to handle that.
