Can I turn on keyboard shortcuts to show in Excel 2013 tooltips?

I'd like to turn on keyboard shortcuts in Excel 2013 tooltips. Yes, I know I can hit Alt or whatever and have little popups and with some arcane keyboard shortcut I can "assign" a new shortcut, or at least see the current one before I backout of the process. But when I mouseover a little button on the ribbon, I'd like to see the keyboard shortcut in the tooltip. "But this will make the tooltips bigger." Yes, I dare say it will.
