    Filter in Adjacent Sheet

    Hi
    Please see the attached sheet.
One sheet is Database and the other sheet is Filter.
In the filter sheet whatever we select the criteria, either single or multiple then it should list below those filtered products details.
    Is it possible.

    Re: Filter in Adjacent Sheet

    Hi, faisal.ta,

slightly have a different arrangement for your data (or keep it and place the criteria range as placed here to a fdifferent range and refer to that) and run the Advanced Filter from the sheet Filter. Each row will be handled as an individual request, if you fill in no requests the full data would be returned.

    Ciao,
    Holger

Is the attached sheet given that formula?
And our request is in the filter sheet we just have to select from the filter and it displays the value.

As soon as you would start the Advanced Filter like indicated from Sheet Filter the box asking for ranges should appear - the Advanced Filter should hold the information.

    And our request ...
I doubt I like that expression one bit although no harm from your side may be intended.

Code goes behind Sheet Filter, please mind that there needs to be at least one empty row between the criteria range and the headers for the output range (you may add empty cells for more criteria but would need to adapt the row number 8 in the code accordingly to suit):

    Re: Filter in Adjacent Sheet

Why not copy and paste link the database to the filter page and click on the Data tab then the Filter button as shown in this file.
