Nedd some help to tidy up this

I have this series of dates in excel with the format "January 10 - February 28" and I want the output "Jan 10 - Feb 28". Three letter for the month,space number date,space,dash,space,....". I got the result I wanted but, as you can see probably no very tidy. I need somebody to put light on here...
