copying values from one column with index and match

So as you can see on the picture, I have a pivot table with values in different columns. What I have to do is make another ordinary table in which I will pull the data from the pivot table. I have to have columns with date and hour and "suma de volume" and "sum of incomes" - which I will then fill with the data from the pivot table. my problem is that for instance on the 8th of January, I have values only from 14 hours, and I have to fill colums in the new table so that 8th of January has 24 hours, and the first 13 hours have the value of zero. Is there a combination of functions that can do that? i tried with iferror index and match but I had no luck. And another problem occurs that for instance the 10th of January has only one value for 1 am, and I have to fill in the rest of the day with 0 values. And I do not have the original data from which the pivot table has been made, just the pivot table.
