How To Recover Previous Excel Doc on a Server?

I have a user who was working on an excel doc and the user deleted some data from the doc, but deleted the wrong data and hit save instead of Save As. Is there any way to recover a previous version before that modified date? The Excel Doc is on our server and I was able to get to the folder but I don't have the recover previous option. I'm working with Windows Server 2003 SP2, Any help would be appreciated, Thank You!

I hear a program called Office Regenerator is very powerful and has gained great reputation. It can recover Excel doc accurately. But you have to pay for it. I don't know if it will work on your situation, but you can download the demo version to see if it will work as it has the preview function in the demo version. Hope it helps.

Lana1123, it seems that the download link from the page you offer does not work any more, and the site you offer is a drm removal site and not a site main work for Excel recovery. ???? please offer me a reply
