Can you clarify your request?
Are you looking at an Excel sheet via a web browser from your phone? What Excel software is the phone interacting with or are you looking at something in say GoogleDocs?

Just a normal Excel spreadsheet 2007 or newer. I save the sheet to Dropbox.

OK, and when you click on a number, what do you want to happen?
1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

what software are you using to open the file on your smart phone?

I would like for the phone to dial the number that is clicked. I am using an iphone - so ios v 8.
