    Remove the characters

    Hello,

    Can you help to remove characters and retain just the numbers "0012383810".

    Customer 0012383810 was created for sales area DE01 14 02

    However, this will return you number without first 0's.

    could you share some more example in order to undestand if there is a general rule we can exploit using MID or LEFT?


    a possible approach:

    =LEFT(Substitute(A1,"Customer ",""),10)
