I am having a great big problem with a CSV file!
Currently we have a master database of supplier names with relevant bank codes in excel format.
I then input the amounts next to it and save as a CSV format.
When I go into online banking to upload the file it does not work.
However from the master database of supplier names (lets say im making one payment only) ;- if I manually type the account details and names & input the name (into the exact same file), convert into CSV format the file will upload. But if I use the details already there and only type the amounts it wont upload.
It makes no sense to me.
any help?
