Look Up Data from Other Sheet

I'm trying to put together a worksheet for health insurance coverage. What I want to do is on Sheet2 in column C, is when I put an age in column B, look up the information that is on sheet1 so it corresponse with the age.

Not sure what version it says I'm using, but I am working with Excel 2010 right now.
