Insert form in specific row and column and then automatically sort by recent date (VBA)

Hello

I'm working in a kind of database in excel to insert text and the respective date using a form. But I want this form inserts the data in a specific cell and not in the beginning of the sheet, and then automatically sort it by recent date.

Using my sheet, I want to do this in sheet 2, cells B19 (date) and D19 (text).

I will appreciate some help with this! Please!
