Is there a way where by I can set up accounts on who and who cannot access the document? It's going on a server FYI.

Hi James,
The proper way to do this is to ask IT to set the proper group rights for your file. However, you can also use this simple script I put together. You just have to change the list of users who you want to give access to in the script. Type "admin" for the first time to access the document and make changes to your users in the script.
