Data Validation to End of Quarter Date

Hi, I would like to set a data validation that only allows for end of quarter dates (but for any year): E.g. 31.03.2014, 30.06.1999, 30.09.2003, 31.12.2020, etc.

You could just check the first 5 chars of the date to ensure its one of "31.03", "30.06", "30.09" or "31.12"
