Subtotals function help

Hi All,

I am new here and hope someone can help me. I have a spreadsheet that has a lot of data of fundraisers and how much they raised over a set time period. I have used the subtotals feature and have a total for each fundraiser but don't know how I can add this total to the same line that has all the other information from that fundraiser and delete all the other duplicate rows (aside from doing it manually)

Please see attached - I need to have the Gross amount showing the total amount for each fundraiser i.e.
41751 69.25 7764726 366442 Lisa Eyre's fundraising page 387259 Mrs Tom Jones

and all the other lines for Tom Jones deleted... I hope I am making sense
