How to Use Two different Data Validation types in same Cell

Hi,

I have a list of Fruit names in Range A1:A5.

A1: Apple
A2: Orange
A3: Banana
A4: Pear
A5: Melon

I named this range as Lst_Fruits.

Then I have Table lets say from range C1:E4
with 1st column (C1) heading as Fruits.

I put Data Validation allow as List in 1st column Range C2:C4 "=Lst_Fruits"

Now I can select Fruit name from the drop down list in Fruit column.
I select Banana in cell C2.

Now what I would like to do is when I select drop down list in cell C3,
I don't want to see the name Banana again.

To simply put, I want use list but without duplicate value.

This is what I am actually trying to do:

I have Four bank accounts in same bank.
And I want to transfer money from Acct 1 to Acct 2.
If I select "From" Acct 1, I should not be able again select Acct 1 in the "To" section.
Because you cannot transfer money from same account to same account.

I will be thankful if I can get any help on this.
