change fill color of rows based on value in first column

I'm not an expert at all but I'm stumped and have search the forum for the answer and can't find a match.
In my attached example, I would like to highlight an entire row blue if the number in column A is either 12, 23, or 26. I'm sure this is simple to most of you but I'm missing something. I've attached a sample sheet and have removed all rules. Thank you in advance for your help.

for 2007 or 2010 excel version
    Conditional Formatting

    Highlight applicable range >>
    A:A

Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting
New Rule >> Use a formula to determine which cells to format
Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true:

    =OR(A1=12, A1=23, A1=26)

    Format… [Number, Font, Border, Fill]
choose the format you would like to apply when the condition is true
    OK >> OK
