Best functionality for an efficient Calendar (Dash) from multiple Project Sheets.

    Hi
I want to create a calendar of Project Tasks for our small (one man) engineering section.
The calendar needs to pull tasks based on the date they are due from multiple project sheets.

I tried in Excel 2007 and have now moved to 2013 so that I can use Relationships between tables or Pivot Tables. I have played around for a while in 2013 unsuccessfully and would like ideally to create something efficient.

Can I do this using Relationships between tables or will it have to be using Relationships with Pivot Tables – again I’m looking for an efficient result because I will have up to 50 project sheets.
The challenges are that in each project, dates are not unique, nor are they necessarily sequential.
Also I would ideally like the end result (Table) in a Calendar format (like the first sheet on the attached Workbook).
If this is not possible I would settle for a sequential date format (as in the set up in the sheet “AltCalendar” in the attached Workbook).

I don’t want to do this with VBA (opening the dash and waiting for it to update from multiple sheets would be tedious).
I'm not expecting a fully solved response, more like a heads up for which direction I should head and whether the Calender format I want is even possible.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi booparthiraja.

Thanks heaps, that's exactly what I needed - both parts - the method for combining multiple tables into a single pivot and then a sense of how to get it into the Calender.
Sometimes you battle so hard and get no where and you just need to put it out there.
I need to have a good look through it to fully understand and might end up with some more questions but at first glance - Great.
    Thanks again.
