how to open any horse race in main page from form

How to open any horse race in main page from form page
I have tried copying many others with different formulas in excel .This my attempt
I would like to be able to pick course and race from my form page ,at present have to keep copying and deleting first race any help and other advice would be appreciated and any other suggestions

Thanks Ben hope this helps other people using excelforum and into horseracing .It looks so simple will try and follow each part of the equation .

I was wondering if you can help have new horse racing program a fellow forum member wrote he came here for advice
The place for data has closed and i have found another but don't know how to import it.on to spreadsheet copied small fraction of data as full data comes to 15k
I also don't know whether i copied the pdf to excel the proper way should i have ocr it first

the spreadsheet data is from original cut down if you copy it to master and press copy shows basic spreadsheet
i am trying to get excel info into spreadsheet do i have to change macro thanks hope this makes some sort of sense
