Excel Guru Freelancer Sought! - Urgent job

All I apologise profusely if this is not the correct place to post. I have looked at the commercial services link and wasn't sure how to use it. Ordinarily I use Freelancer.com only I have little time to find a guru so thought I'd come directly to the source and ask.

I have a project to complete today, middle of next (Friday) at the latest.

Scope:

I have several projects covering multiple commodities on the go, all have data in source spreadsheets. I have built a Gantt sheet to show the progress of the individual commodity plan.

I either create ~124 worksheets OR I have an option to select the project from a drop-down and then a commodity from another drop down list to pull the data from the source sheets into ONE Gantt. I feel this way will be easier to navigate than 124 worksheets. I have gone data-blind these last 12 hours and need support! If you use Freelancer and want me to open a project please say. Please PM me for Skype data. I am in India currently, 4.5 hours ahead of the UK.
