I would like to kindly ask you for assistance. I have sent out an excel questionnaire to dept managers in my company. The questionnaire asks dept manager to list the titles of managers in their group and rate their skills. I would like to compare their responses to an ideal set of criteria that I have.
For example - if a manager responds on the questionnaire that he has a "Marketing Manager" in his group and "Marketing Manager" also happens to be on my excel sheet that has an ideal list of roles and skills, I would like to output a chart showing the ideal list of skills for a "Marketing Manager". The excel workbook should be able to do this for all the roles/job titles that questionnaire respondent listed as long as it is also listed on my "ideal list"
