Any way to use Excel page breaks to break into individual PDFs?

My title pretty much asks my entire question -- I have a workbook that's broken up exactly how I'd like with regards to page breaks, but obviously that all goes into one PDF -- which means manually splitting it up amongst 50+ employees.

Is there any way that I can group them to export as an individual PDF per employee, if there's a unique cell for each one in the spreadsheet?

Ive never done any work with pdfs however the writer of the original post here appears to know how to do it. Might be worth giving them a shout.
