Reversing a ranking of numbers

Does anyone know how to reverse a rank of variables? We have a spreadsheet in which people rank their job satisfaction from 1-4. My teacher wants us to reverse the ranking an put it 4-1. So that instead of 1 meaning highly satisfied, it means highly dissatisfied and the same with the other rankings. We are suppose to use a formula to do this. HELP Please.

The sheet job satisfaction and the first column is the rank 1-4 but I need to reverse it so that 4 now means 1; 3 means 2 etc.
