Text Field in Userform not showing Date

Hello,

I have a userform and when entering the date - it all is saved to the spreadhseet correctly - but when pulling up the userform to edit the record - the Date Field in the Userform shows a number and not the date.

When attempting to modify the field, there is no option to select Date as the format - (Am I missing something) Can that field be controlled somehow to format the date?

This is the Woorkbook that has the issue with the Userform Hiredate Field

When the user select the Add Data Button, The User is prompted for the Password - which is "Password"

If you notice that the Hiredate is numeric and does not show a date in the field - Is there a solutuion for this?

By the way, you don't really need all the code to populate the controls in the togglebutton click events.

In those events you set the ListIndex of the listbox and that triggers the listbox's Click event, which populates the rest of the form.
