1. Hard way: Insert shape, oval, then shift-drag (for a circle) to the desired size. Repeat for the small one and copy/paste.
Or,
2. Easy way: Create a scatter chart (with curved lines and markers) of the x, y table (note that you must repeat row one as row 19 to close the circle) . Set the markers to unfilled circles and adjust the size. Format the chart area with no border/line, no legend. Copy and paste as jpg.

Thank you for help! I created x-y scatter diagram without a circle, more important thing for me is draw a dots from x-y data.

I have two question for diagram above:
1.) I want instead (X,Y) values for points, just point number. Example, for first point instead [250;0] to be [1], for second point [242,7;59,8] to be [2] ...

2.) I want to select data all data (green range) and when values are zero to not be displayed on diagram, because i dont want everytime change range size depends on values.
