Need help with macro please!!!

I have a macro that looks at column K2:K1000 based on the value for example 5,3 or 2 it copies the entire row and creates that many new rows and paste the data that works like a charm. Now I need a macro that will look at column K2:K1000 and based on the value change the text in J2:J1000 so one text would read
Z2:WM:Master_DATA:MAD another would say Z2:WM:Master_DATA:STL and one saying Z2:WM:Master_DATA:FTL. These will be sporadic in my worksheet meaning the values hopefully I have explained this well enough if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Below is my spreadsheet.

Whats the criteria to decide if its MAD, STL or FTL?

Column L2:L1000

Value 1 would represent MAD

Value 2 would represent STL

Value 3 would represent FTL
