Work Distribution between periods

Dear Sir,

Please find the attached table, looking for the distribution of this work load (as in column H4, Jobs to be achieved) to be spread around with respect to top column week periods, and the answer should be as highlighted in the yellow color; i have considered per week 6days work only (i.e Friday is off).
