Error with 2 lookup vector with 2 lookup result

Hello guys,

Please help me to found rate when 2 lookup vector with 2 lookup result

Exa:

A B C D E
Wght Rate Wght Rate Value
1 10 4 40 3
2 20 5 50
3 30 6 60

=IF(LOOKUP(E2,A2:A4,B2:B4),LOOKUP(E2,C2:C4,D2:D4))

when value 3 result would be 30 and if value 4 result would be #NA
